One spacious double room with own separate bathroom to rent in a new build, 3 bedroom detached house, shared with a couple (1 male and 1 female) and a cat. Parking space included.

The cat is very clean, tidy, quiet and not smelly. You won't even notice its presence in the house.

The double room has a large built-in wardrobe and plenty of storage space and a double bed.

A desk and bedding sheets can be provided if needed.

The kitchen is a shared area. You will be allowed to use all kitchen utensils and electrical machines in the kitchen (kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, blender etc.)

There is a large garden at the back of the house, also could be used to relax.

All areas of the house are cleaned every week. The house is always clean and comfortable to live in.

The house is located in a very good neighborhood, 10 min drive to Manchester city centre. Alternatively, there is a bus stop located just 2 min away from the house. There are buses running every 5-10 min to Manchester city centre, North Manchester General Hospital and other destinations:

• 181 bus route - MANCHESTER Piccadilly/Rochdale
• 52 bus route 5- Failsworth Tesco/Eccles / intu Trafford Centre
