There is also a double Sofa bed on offer in the open plan dining/living space.

The large and well equipped kitchen also includes a dishwasher and washing machine, allowing for easy self catering and washing the sand out of your socks. Dining table for four.

The large bathroom includes double sinks, a full free standing bath and a large and powerful rainfall walk in shower.

There is free unrestricted on street parking.  

The Apartment has been set up to accommodate contractors and those travelling for business. Apartment 1 is perfect for two colleagues to share making the price per person per week of £250 - WELL PLACED FOR HEYSHAM POWER STATION

The accommodation is aimed at short to mid stays although we do accommodate longer stays. Most of our guests are working in the area and stay with us for large chunks at a time. As this is not a tenancy with a contract and is considered serviced accommodation this property cannot be your primary point of residence. You will need another address when you have your Drivers license and Tax information attached to. 

There is a £150 damage deposit 

Cleaning and linen is provided every two weeks.
