Bus stops are less than a minute away to Modern underground station taking around 5 minutes - buses 163 or 293. Walking to Morden tube station is about 10-12 minutes. Or 8-10 minutes walk to South Merton Train station taking you into the city in about 35 to 40 minutes.

There is a Sainsbury’s and other shops 5 minutes’ walk or the Sainsbury superstore near Morden station 5 minutes away by bus.
