A cleaner is provided, once a week, to clean the shared areas in the house and a gardener to maintain the outside areas.

The house is shared with friendly, relaxed, clean and tidy, working, professional people. They are respectful if you do not wish to socialize and prefer your own space.

This is a non-smoking house with only outside smoking, please and no pets allowed (sorry!).

It is suitable for a single working professional who is clean, tidy and respectful of the other occupants. 

The property is a short walking distance to Central Milton Keynes, Theatre District, Escape, The Hub and Train Station. It is in close proximity to the train station, bus routes, M1 and A5.
