We are a couple looking for a quiet housemate to rent out our spare double room.
The room is spacious and is a ground floor flat of 3 flats. The room is right by the shared bathroom.
The road is a cul-de-sac in a very quiet neighbourhood 1 minute from the A3. It's 20 minute walk to Milford station and 2 minute from a bus stop connecting you to Guildford/Haslemere. There is ample parking. There is also a large garden.
One of us is a teacher at a local secondary school and another is an IT professional. We are friendly and flexible and are looking for someone who is tidy and who will look after our flat. Bills included are council tax, water, gas, heating and internet. We've been here for nearly 4 years and really love living in the area.
We are about to getting a little trio of guinea pigs so we're looking for someone who'd be happy with them being in the living room.
