Spacious single room available to rent in the hopefield area of bonnyrigg. Looking for mature flat mate to take over a spare room within 2 bedroom flat. The area is close to local bus stop with routes available through out edinburgh. Flat is modern clean and minimal, looking for someone who is quiet and considerate clean and tidy. Due to personal circumstances I may not be around much so the flat would potentially be free most days and nights. Currently I do not have a spare bed in the room if required I could possibly provide however I would be happier for you to bring your own as I do not require one in the room wardrobes and drawers are provided. No pets No smoking No full time children, it's a single rental however single guests would be welcome for an over night stay but not on a regular nightly basis.
