Situated in residential area, the property benefits from proximity to local amenities, schools and public transport links, 2 miles from the city centre, 4 miles from the beach. 
On the ground floor you have spacious kitchen equipped with the essentials including cooker, washing machine and fridge/freezer. You also have a separate dining room, living room and a downstairs toilet. On the first floor are three bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms is occupied by landlord and two well behaved miniature bullterrier dogs. Most of the time we spend at my boyfriend’s house, but you will see us sometimes. Most of the time the house will be fully at your disposal, so the ask is to keep it clean and tidy.
