Due to current tenants who have lived happily in the house for 8 years, we are unable to arrange viewings until the very end of the month (31st of July) and in which case, will be 1 hour slots that are open to anyone interested as we will be preparing the house for market on the 30th/31st of July.

A holding deposit of the equivalent to one week's rent is payable by the applicant to secure the property. This holding deposit will be deducted from the first month’s rent, if the application is successful. The first month’s rent and deposit are payable in advance. The deposit is equivalent to five week's rent, this will be held for the duration of the tenancy with the DPS. 

We are interested in long-term, non-smoking renters only please of 15+ months and start with a 1 year agreement (or more) with at least 2 months notice from tenant/Landlord of any changes to contract such as departure from house or renewal of contact.  This will be the case of if we continue with an agreed periodic short-term roll-over contract with two month’s notice when you vacate the property.
