Rental on fully furnished basis for a maximum of six months, commencing from the end of September, running until the end of March. We will also consider shorter periods of time, the minimum being for three months. The first date the house is available is (potentially) last week of September 2026.

It is a 3 bedroom house, with stunning sea views, only 2 minutes walk from Mawgan Porth beach. The house is reverse planned to make the most of the views. Upstairs, there is a large kitchen diner, with living space, all fully equipped, to very high standards (Neff ovens and dishwasher, SMEG appliances etc), with amazing views of the bay and beach. There is also a family bathroom upstairs, with bath. Downstairs, there is one bedroom (king-size bed) with ensuite shower, and wall mounted TV, the second bedroom has a zip and link, so can either be one super-king, or twins, with ensuite shower and wall mounted tv, and in bedroom 3 there are twin beds. The garden is fully enclosed. The house has fast wifi, Sky TV, smart TVs, Amazon Alexa and Sonos sound system, a washing machine. The house has two dedicated parking spaces. In the village there are a few shops, including a deli and a newsagents, there are 2 pubs, 2 restaurants, a surf school, a café. There is also a 5* couples hotel (Scarlets). The house is 18 minutes drive from Padstow, 10 minutes from St Merryn, 10 from Newquay. Large supermarkets are only 10 mins drive.

The South West footpath is only 200 metres away, so there are plenty of cliff walks. Up to 2 dogs permitted.
