A south facing double fronted cottage with wonderful views over fields to Matlock Bath and the cable cars from the Heights of Abraham. The cottage consists of a sitting room, dining kitchen with small back entrance lobby which has plumbing for washing machine. The staircase leads from the kitchen to the landing and to one double and one single bedroom. The bathroom has a bath with a good shower over, w.c. and basin.  The gas central heating boiler is housed within the airing cuboard in the bathroom and is covered for servicing by a British Gas contract.  All rooms other than the bathroom have views over the valley. To the front of the cottage is a small area large enough for a bistro table and two chairs to enjoy the sunshine. At the rear is a yard shared with the neighbouring cottage.  The wheelie bins are also kept in the yard and the cottage benefits from a brick built outbuilding for storage.The cottage has it’s own square marked on the road for parking and there is also public road parking 30 metres away. It was let as a successful holiday cottage due to its lovely location and it’s a great spot for walkers. There is also a characterful pub 100 metres along the road.
