Room in a Shared House, Lodge Close, OX3

Hello, I hope you are well. 
I have a single room in Old Marston, which is only 10 minutes by bike from the city centre, very close to the JR, easy access to ring road, in a lovely quiet and safe area.
About the house:
The house is nice and clean. It is in a lovely very quiet area, which has the feel of a small village and yet is very close to the city centre. You can reach the city centre in 10 minutes by bike (9 minutes according to google maps) through the lovely University Parks, and on foot in about 35 minutes. 
There are two bus stops: one round the corner of my house for buses 14A and 17C which bring you to the city centre and rail station in about 10 minutes, and the other bus stop is about 10 minutes away from my house with more buses stopping there. 
 Of course you are welcome to use the kitchen and cook and to use all my kitchen utensils including cutlery, pots and pans, microwave, kettle, etc and also you will have a cupboard for your food and space in the fridge. 
 There is high speed internet 
There is a garden where you can store your bike 
 It is ideal if you would like a quiet place to live in a lovely house 
About the single room:It is small but cosy, has been just renovated with walls repainted, new blind installed, new wooden floors, and a new high bed and brand new desk.
It has a cupboard for storage in the wall, and it's lovely and quiet.There is a futon which can become a very comfortable single bed for a guest

All bills (water, electricity, gas, heating and council tax) are £15 per week. 
 Please note that council tax is included in the bills (council tax is quite expensive but you won't have to worry about it)
 £110 per week is the rent
