There is a well equipped kitchen with 2 large fridge freezers, 2 x 4 ring hobs, 2 ovens, 2 grills, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer.

The current flatmates are all working young professionals (20-35), this is NOT a party house but they often have dinner evenings together.

The house is 40 seconds walk from Marston green train station / 3 minutes form the NEC / 12 minutes from the city centre and just 5 minutes drive from the M6 / M42 road network.

There are numerous bars, restaurants , shops, gyms, cinema, retail outlets, parks and sports clubs close by, including the NEC and the Genting arena
