The house was designed with the end user in mind and features:
· Five toilets in total and Four designer bathrooms.
· One bedroom left with private WC. Second room left only to share with one person the master bathroom that’s cleaned weekly by 5* cleaning team. 
· Rooms vary in sizes, which is reflected in the price.
· All other bedrooms share bathroom with one other room only, as the house features one bathroom per floor (four floors in total).

The space boasts a designer kitchen & kitchenette, open plan dining room and luxurious living area with smart TV, and sofa. Including all brand new white goods, induction hobs, self-cleaning ovens and some bespoke storage facility.

There is a small outside courtyard and a parking space. Bicycle racks are provided.

You’re probably wondering what “Lykke Haus” means and how it is applied to this home. Lykke (pronounced /løkə/, [ˈløɡ̊ə], or Luuh Kah) is the Danish word for HAPPINESS. It's a concept which denotes that at the root of everything, we are looking to feel comfortable. The way an interior looks is as important as its function, and those in Scandinavia have this down to a fine art.

Situated right at the heart of Margate, offering excellent transport links - just one minute walk to a bus stop, 20 minutes walk to a train station with a speedy train to London in just 1h 25m.
