Hi there,

My name is Matt and I've recently bought my first house, I'm 27, really laid back and into my sports, music and seeing friends and I'm looking for someone like-minded to live with me who can bring a great personality to the house but who also enjoys their chilled evenings too!

The house is a large 2 bed property about a 15 minute walk from Burton Road and a 5 minute walk from Withington tram stop so it's perfectly located in Didsbury and lets you get into town really quickly as well.

There's a large living room and kitchen which are perfect for sprawling and chilling out in after work or for having friends over and entertaining. There's also a conservatory which opens up into the garden (which I'm excited to use for BBQs and drinking in the summer once I've managed to hack back the jungle...) and all in all it's a really great house with plenty of space for 2 people to live in. I've spent the last few month doing it up so almost all of the furniture, carpets etc. are brand new.
