I am moving out of the property and the large room will be free - it’s a kingsize luxury bed (not a double) and the smaller double is also free. Note - the kingsize room currently pictures my belongings but of course the room will come tidy and clutter free upon move in - with bed and chest of drawers ( small double will also contain bed and chest of drawers).

The rooms are nice, airy and super spacious.

Bills included; gas, electric, water and broadband Wifi.

Use of bathroom/shower room upstairs, with a second toilet downstairs, kitchen with fitted washer & dryer, living room and a dining room. Nicely sized garden for a lovely summer bbq if you fancy it.

Bus stop into Manchester is 2 minutes walk from the house, train into the city is 4 mins walk from the property and Droylsden tram stop is 11 mins walk. Be in Manchester City centre in 15-20 mins. There's a retail park in both directions from the property with a gym, Morrisons and Lidl within walking distance., as well as a B&M, a Post Office etc.

Current tenant will remain in property and is a young professional and works from around 7.30am-4pm, Monday - Friday.
