The house itself has all the usual amenities, GCH, Double glazing, Fridge, freezer, washing machine and all rooms are fully furnished.

The house had undergone a minor refurbishment last year and has new carpets and floor coverings in the bathroom, hall, landing and stairs.

There is also a brand new cooker and a new large fridge freezer.

The tenants are looking for some one who treats the house as a peaceful place to return to after a busy day at work or study. They don't want someone who is going to treat it like a party house. Please note you will be asked to accept a cleaning rota based on the room you choose, which will involve each tenant cleaning a certain area of the house each week and generally tidying up after yourself, to maintain a clean and comfortable house for everyone.
