Room in a Shared House, Hardman Lane, M35

Would suit professionals or post-grads who commute into Manchester / Oldham or who are looking to work from home.

Conveniently located, the house is right next to Failsworth metrolink/tram stop, which takes you into Manchester city centre in 10/15 minutes. It's also very close to the ring road, M62, if you're commuting by car outside of the city. An Uber into Manchester is around £7/8 or a black cab is about £12/15. You can cycle down the Rochdale canal into the city centre in about 20 to 30 minutes. There's on street parking only, but usually spaces at the front of the house or very nearby.

The house is fully furnished and include all bills and broadband. There's a large dining room and separate living room with a TV. The garden is well looked after and very green, a really nice place to chill in the summer. There is a washing machine, fridge freezer and the kitchen will include all utensils etc. There's one large bathroom which would only be shared by the two rooms.

You'll only be sharing with one other person maximum. I'm happy for the first person who takes a room to be involved in who takes the second room, in order to make sure you're both comfortable.

I'll be away for 9 months studying a masters in Cornwall and if access is needed to the house, I'll let you know in advance.
