Hi

There is a large room for rent for a couple (£550) or a single person (£450) all bills included. There is currently a young working female. Sandra like staying active by hiking, running, playing tennis or table tennis. She also enjoys watching films and shows as well as cooking and trying different cuisines. This house will be great for someone looking for a sociable and homely vibe.

The house is spacious to work from home if required. The house and room are furnished.

There is free parking available at the back of the house.

The tram station is under 10 minutes walk and bus access to City Centre is very close too.

The tram is 10 mins ride to Victoria Station, 15 mins to Market Street/St Peters/Piccadilly with no changes required. You can connect to South Manchester with no changes either via tram. Even less if you drive. Newton heath is about 30 minutes to Oldham.

The house has a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, 2 large bathrooms and a good size garden. You would share all other rooms in the house and have access to the broadband facilities. There is a washing machine, large sized fridge freezer and cupboard space.

The area has a good mix of people, a couple of big parks around, shops close by (Tesco, Iceland, Lidl, Aldi and Asda).

This place is great for anyone who will respect the house, along with the possessions, keep it clean and tidy and wants to explore Greater Manchester.
