It is a 3 bedroom flat in the heart of Ancoats, city centre. The flat is less than 10 mins walk to the Piccadilly train station and the Piccadilly gardens. It's less than 5 mins walk from Aldi and PureGym in Urban exchange. It's also right in the heart of restaurants bars etc.
The rent includes all the bills (electricity, water, internet, and cleaning fees). The council tax is free for students and £40/month for professionals. A professional cleaner cleans the common areas once a month.
The other two residents are both professional males who are incredibly respectful and clean. Ideally we are looking for someone like minded.
