Room in a Shared Flat, Newton Street, M1

The building is called the Wentwood and it's just a few minutes walk from an ALDI and a big PureGym. It's very close to all of the bars and restaurants in the Northern Quarter and Ancoats. Islington Marina is also within walking distance.

The room has a double bed with a foam mattress, bedside table and wardrobe. All of the furniture is brand new (including the mattress). You will have sole use of the main bathroom but it isn't ensuite.

I rarely use the dining table, so I would be happy for you to use it as a desk.

Note: The room is for single occupancy. No children or pets. There is no tumble dryer or dishwasher in this apartment.

I'm a 39 year old woman who is quiet, kind and friendly.  I work from home, so I would prefer to have a tenant who works outside of the home. 

I would like a female flatmate who is quiet and considerate and will treat my home and property with care.

Rent is paid one month in advance and the deposit is £550. The rent includes council tax, water, electricity, fibre broadband and Netflix. There is currently no live TV but it can be supplied, if required.

Right To Rent Checks will be carried out before signing the tenancy agreement. This is a legal requirement, even if you are a British Citizen.

I will also require 2 references, including 1 from your current employer.
