Room in a Shared Flat, Isaac Way, M4

Due to having to relocate for work, my current room is available for renting for the remainder of my tenancy (I have only done 1 month so far) but with the option to continue renting for 10+ months of course!   It is a great flat with an equally great flatmate called Joe!
In the current climate, this flat is excellent. There is a private balcony and shared courtyard that catches a lot of sun meaning you can get a good amount of outdoors time in some privacy. There is also a bathroom for each bedroom, which in these times can only be a good thing.

The apartment is perfectly located in a secure complex, 2 minutes walk from Metrolink and 5 minutes walk from Piccadilly Station. Secure parking for an extra £60pm is available under the building. 10 minutes walk into Northern Quarter for excellent food and nightlife when the world gets back to normal.

Lounge and kitchen get a lot of sunlight in the day which is really nice. Has a dishwasher/washing machine. Superfast wifi which reaches speeds of 240mbps just installed in the flat.
The room has an en-suite wet room. The room is spacious with a wardrobe and drawers.

All in, with a parking space, typical rent+bills will be around 600pcm, but I haven't done the exact maths yet and will obviously vary on usage.
The flat is modern and the landlord is great, responsive and a lovely bloke on top. Haven't had any problems with him at all.

Joe is into sport and fitness and would ideally like another housemate that's the same, and a drinking buddy would be great too.
He did politics at uni (graduated 2018) and now works in marketing.  He keeps the flat tidy without being a clean freak, and doesn't mind a bit of mess as long it can be cleaned afterwards.
