Takeover of an existing tenancy available in student accomodation.

I lived there last year and its honestly a very comfortable place to live as there is 24/7 security on sight (and other stuff with concierge available from 8am-8pm on weekdays), social and study spaces, laundry room. Location is at Victoria Park which is great for students as it is in a walking distant to University of Manchester and a bus stop 5 min away that goes to the center. The accommodation itself resembles a communal park as its very green with a lot of free space. So all utility bills included, wifi is also available.laundrette is available 24/7. 

The room is located on the first floor of Kilburn Court with its own bathroom (which is huge) and the kitchen is shared between 3 other people. The flatmates are extremely friendly too.

The price per week is about £103, its payable in installments with the nearest one of £1650 due on 13.01.2020. Tenancy Agreement is until All the details (including guarantor, signing of agreement etc) will be arranged with the IQ Manchester representative. Tenancy agreement contract is valid until 11 July 2020.
