Room in a Shared Flat, Block C, M4

Hello flatshare seekers. I'm offering a beautiful large double room in a stunning city centre flat. All rooms are big, including the bathroom which you will be sharing with just one other person. The flat has three bedrooms in total and I'm the live in owner. There is a very spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen is well equipped with quality appliances and any cooking utensils you might need. The flat is clean, quiet and comfortable but the buzz of Ancoats and the Northern Quarter are on your doorstep. As there is so much space we don't get under each others feet and I have provided a fridge and freezer just for lodgers so you'd only be sharing those with one other person. The New Islington tram stop is right outside the development. My other lodger is a young professional, 32 and private but friendly and we get on well.

The bedroom has a double bed and new furniture. Quality bedding and towels are provided should you need them. There is a large flat screen tv and an Apple TV box in the room.

I am flexible on the length of the letting but ideally would like between 2 and 6 months contract initially. The room is available now so I will give preference to someone who wants to move in this month. The rent is £548.00 pcm one month in advance and includes council tax, water, electricity, broadband and tv licence. The deposit is £450. This is a 3 bedroom, 3 person flat so sorry but no couples please. There is no parking available with the flat but there may be free on street parking or pay parking nearby.
