The three latter rooms share one bathroom. The pictures unfortunately do not include one of the double rooms, but you can see it in the video.

The house is fully furnished but it is possible to take a few items away if they don't work for you.
The furniture is contemporary and in a good state, like the rest of the house. 
There's a shared lounge / dining room with projector and 5.1 sound to enjoy your movies.

The kitchen is large and features a gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer and a second fridge.

There is a secure parking area in the back of the house with one parking space reserved for the tenants.

Happy for you to keep pets in return for a little more deposit.
Bills are not included.

There are a network of handymen who are pre-approved to work on the house - when there is an issue you will be able to directly call them, and arrange a suitable time - with the bill for repairs going to the landlord afterwards. This means no delays and no awkward repair times arranged by someone else.
