Although this is a 2 bedroom apartment, there is a balcony area which includes a very comfortable pull out sofa bed, perfect for if you have guests staying over.
The flat compromises of a spacious hallway (complete with spiral staircase up to balcony), X2 good sized double rooms, a large bathroom with large walk-in shower, and a spacious sitting room / kitchen.
The ceilings are extremely high, which makes this space look even bigger.
Situated in the heart of Manchester, this flat is absolutely perfect for professionals working in the city centre. I have had two of the most amazing international students living in my apartment over the past 4 years, so I welcome students too.
The £1400pm includes water rates, really good wifi, a netflix subscription and all of the furniture and electronics in the pics (plus dining table and desks and chairs in both rooms). The building's service charge is also included in the rent and includes an onsite care-taker during the week.
The only other mandatory costs are electricity, I haven't included this as this can vary depending on your usage (my current tenants pay approx £60-80pm, but it could be up to £100 if you 're not an energy saver!). Council tax is not included either, as if you're a student you'll be exempt from paying this. Any q's at all please do let me know.
