Although the rooms are double, not interested in couples in the rooms. All other bills are the responsibility of he tenants. Will allow smokers but no smoking in the apartment itself. Rent is paid monthly in advance. 6 month initial contract and rolling there after. 1 months written notice to end tenancy is required.
