The Surrounding Area
The entire area has been regenerated and most are new buildings with shops,restaurants and bars. At the end of the road a hundred yards away is Tesco Extra, Lidl, Superdrug, Poundland, Subway,Post Office, Cafe Nero, Tim Horton's and lots of others. There are many restaurants and Pubs.
There are very good bus routes at either end of Hathersage on Oxford Road and Upper Brook Street and Oxford Road train station close by. Making it very easy to get around by bus or linking to the train at Oxford road station of Manchester Piccadilly.Piccadilly gardens is about a 25 minute Bus Journey. There is also good road access for cars.
The rent includes water rates and service charge for the building for maintenance,communal areas such as the gym and garden. Electricity, phone/broadband and council tax are not included in the rent.
The physical connection for fibre internet access is already installed to the living room, but the tenant will need to arrange a provider. There is access to sky digital sockets in the rooms but connection and box will need to be arranged by the tenant if required.
Gym access is by keypad and the cost is included in your monthly rent. There is a garden quadrangle at the back where it is permissible to have barbeques.

There is parking outside the flat between 6pm and 8am and a large multi-storey car park on the corner less than 100m away at the hospital if required for visitors.
There is a very friendly building manager there each weekday who can help if you need something and he has a mobile phone number which you can contact if he is not in his office. There is a new smoke alarm and fire alarm system fitted within the building.
