A lovely small single room is available in a warm, tidy home just 5 minutes’ walk from Malmesbury town centre, local shops, cafés, restaurants, and the famous abbey.

The room faces south, catching plenty of light throughout the day, and includes a very comfortable single bed (with bedding if needed), bookcase, hanging closet, and drawer storage under the bed. A desk and chair can also be provided if required.

You’ll have your own bathroom, and full access to a well-equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences. There’s also garden access for relaxing outdoors. The living room is private to the landlady.

Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and it’s usually easy to park close to the house.

This is a professional home share with the live-in landlady, who runs her own business and works from home. It’s a calm, welcoming household, ideal for someone who values a comfortable and peaceful base during the week.

Preference is for Monday–Friday stays, but weekends are flexible if preferred.
