The Tenants: I only accept Professionals and/or Mature Students who are tidy and respectful Tenants.  We are in easy distance of the School of Osteopathy in Boxley & Tonbridge Road and have had a number of Students stay.  As this is a House Share it's important there is synergy, co-operation and consideration between the Tenants to maintain a good and happy space.

The Landlord: I run a small Property Business and specialise in renovating character buildings bringing them back to life with a modern & contemporary style which I then Rent to selected Tenants.  I self manage my Properties and take a hands on approach so, there are no hidden charges and I am personally available to deal with any issues that may arise.  My Properties are all well maintained, safe, stylish and very comfortable.  You will find me a very fair and reasonable Landlord and in return I just ask you respect my Property and honour your side of the deal.  

Payments: I ask for 1 months Rent upfront and 1 months Rent as a Deposit which is fully refundable upon Exit and satisfactory House & Inventory Check.
