The Rooms
•There are five double bedrooms in total –one spacious ensuite room plus four other double rooms with two bathrooms (cleaned weekly)so each bathroom is only shared by two people.
•Each room has stylish furniture -double storage bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. There is also a TV point.
•Each bathroom has a shower, wash basin, WC, towel rail and storage cabinet.Housemates•All the housemates are working people in their 20s and 40s. 
We reference all our tenants to maintain a happy andenjoyable shared environment in the house.
 The housemates have a good balance of respecting each other's space but also living in a friendly and social environment.
