Spacious and quiet room in a house near Loughborough University, with easy access to the M1 and nearby bus route to the city center.

The room is carpeted and furnished with a king size bed, a 2 drawer bedside table, a large 6 drawer dresser and built in cupboard with hanging rails. The room looks out onto a quiet residential street.

The house has a shared living room with reclining leather sofas, and a 50 inch smart TV. There is also a treadmill, excercise bike and weight equipment .There is space in the driveway for a car to be parked side by side to my own. It has a small front Garden and medium sized private rear garden with a paved seating area and a BBQ. The kitchen has a small dining table and comes with everything required for cooking as well as a washing machine. No tumble dryer although the garden has clothes lines to use. There is a shower over bath. It has a 512mb internet connection, and this is the speed I generally get with Speedtest. net with no outages. Both a wired and wireless connection are possible. There is a third room which is used for Storage and has a good amount of space left to store anything you may have.

I have a pet cat who will no doubt like to spend time with you, he is very friendly and often wants to be around people. He has lived with other cats in the past as well as smaller animals with no issues so pet owners are welcome.

I would be looking for someone who keeps things tidy and is willing to help with basic gardening. Age is not important, both students and professionals are welcome. I would prefer a female housemate due to previous experiences but all applications will be considered.

As for myself, I work full time and like to spend the rest of my time watching TV, exploring and gaming on my PC. I am happy to be social but will also keep myself to myself if that's what you prefer.
