You will share a bathroom with ONE other room only and there are all mod cons in the kitchen including tumble drier, washing machine, microwave, lots of cupboard space, etc.

All rooms are let on a single person only basis so you'll only be sharing with 3 other housemates. 

Small, very manageable private garden to the rear of the property.

We're looking for a clean and sociable person who is willing to take part in a cleaning rota so that standards are maintained. This is a good thing :-)
