Each double room comes fully furnished including a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. There are locks on every bedroom door.

We include ALL bills in the price, including TV licence and 100mb internet as standard with JAF Lettings houses.

The property comes with a fully furnished living room, fully fitted kitchen and fully tiled bathroom.

There is ample off-street parking for 2 cars and a shed is also provided for bike storage.
