Furnished cottage forming part of a converted chapel,  within walking distance of Lostwithiel, available immediately.

The open plan accommodation comprises a ground floor sitting room with a large Gothic style window, offering superb views south across the Fowey Valley. The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, oven, hob and microwave. Stairs lead to the open gallery bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room.

All bills included apart for the use of the communal laundry facilities.

Parking in private car park.

Would suit a single person who requires a property ready to move into for a few months. Please note there is not an option of renting the cottage unfurnished.

You do not have your own private garden but there are communal areas you are welcome to use.

Lostwithiel has a mainline train station with direct trains to Paddington, Plymouth and Truro.

Pet friendly, furnishings would have to be professionally cleaned at the end of the tenancy.

You can choose to stay for a minimum period of 3 months up to the end of May 2021. Shorter stays and extending your stay after May is possible but the monthly cost would be higher.
