The open plan accommodation comprises a ground floor sitting room with a large Gothic style window, offering superb views south across the Fowey Valley. The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, oven, hob and microwave. Stairs lead to the open gallery bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room.

Wi-Fi and all bills included apart for electricity. All you have to provide is your own bed linen and towels.

Parking in private car park.

Would suit a single person who requires a property ready to move into for a few months. Please note there is not an option of renting the cottage unfurnished.

You have your own sunny private balcony and communal areas you are welcome to sit out in.

Lostwithiel has a mainline train station with direct trains to Paddington, Plymouth and Truro. Good central location for reaching all parts of Cornwall with easy access to main roads.

Pet friendly, furnishings would have to be professionally cleaned at the end of the tenancy.

You can choose to stay for a minimum period of 2 months up to the end of May. Shorter stays and extending your stay after May is possible but the monthly cost would be higher June to September. June is £1800 a month, July & August £2500 a month. These months would also have to be prepaid the guarantee availability.
