The property is offered to rent for nine (or more) months. The rent is payable six months in advance which means that the first six months rent are required to complete the contract, month seven is paid in (the middle of) month two, month eight in month three and so on with no rent falling due at the back end of the contract term.
The property benefits from off street parking, gas central heating, a wet room area within the bathroom and a bath large enough for a party of arbitragers with a washing machine and a tumble drier concealed in a compact cupboard with artfully folding doors.

The situation, with effect from 16-Aug-18, is that the bathroom is complete, while the kitchen will be when the oven (there is a hob and a fridge freezer) is installed. The Captain's Cabin when, in the week commencing 03-Sep-18, the Venetian blinds (already ordered) are installed (there are shutters on one window already) and the wardrobe receives its finishing touches (estimated early November). The Commodore's cabin will be finished (apart from the addition of shelves along one shorter wall, a small segment of the floor to be tiled, and up-lights - there are overhead lights) when the two second phase Venetian blinds, one set of which are due to be installed in the week commencing 03-Sep-18, are installed (possibly in the week commencing 24-Sep-18) . The reception and cargo hold will be completed as much as they are going to be (during the term) unless full planning permission for their replacement were granted (the application is not yet submitted) in which case completion would be measured by the new concrete foundations including damp proofing and brick risers for stud walls, the stud walls themselves, the skylights and the roof are done. The entrance hall is completed apart from up-lights (there are overhead lights). The exterior is completed apart from some improvement to the drive, external painting of additional coats and some windows detail. The schedule for improvements will be at the landlord's discretion. :)
Apropos the bills (which are not included); water is circa 40% lower than would normally be the case (owing to own sewage treatment) which means circa £18 per month and council tax is circa £115 per month while estimated mains gas and electricity are circa £60 per month combined and internet circa £30 so £213 per month total for the lot.
