Room in a Shared House, Wellington Street, NG10

Hi my name is Lee, I have recently moved in. The house is currently under refurbishment, after having a complete rewire and new kitchen (see images). The property is a lovely four bed Victorian semi-detached house with two reception rooms, one used as a dining room and the other the living room. There is a spacious garden at the rear. I am a live in landlord and I currently have two double rooms to rent which can come furnished or part furnished. The first bedroom is at the back of the property with a lovely view of the garden, and the second is on the third floor in the attic, which has its own stair access. There is one main bathroom of which is shared and there is also a downstairs toilet. The house is situated in Long Eaton and there is street parking, and is in good walking distance to pubic transport as well as being close to two major supermarkets. It's also handy for the QMC and the University of Nottingham or Nottingham Trent. I am a recent Fashion design graduate from Nottingham Trent, and I am looking for someone who is either a Post graduate or a working professional.
