A locked gate and a locked building entrance protect a spacious and light filled studio flat just off Brixton Hill road. With wood floors throughout and a surprisingly spacious kitchen and bathroom, this flat is a shining gem. It is perfect for a single person, a couple, or a pair of close friends. 
Currently there is one full sized bed and one single bed. Great for guests or roommates, but the single bed is negotiable as is the extra black wardrobe and clothing rack. The flat comes with the full sized bed, table with four chairs, couch, coffee table, chest of drawers, and tall wardrobe. There is a fridge and a washing machine plus an oven and HOB with four burners. There is no gas for the flat. The electricity is currently with Octopus and if you opened your electricity at Octopus with a referral from us- you get 50 pounds credit in your account. You would be replacing us in our rental contract for the period of May to September 15 (Move-in date from May 1 to May 15 is negotiable). After September 15, you can renew the lease or move.
