The flat is fully furnished with a wardrobe, desk, desk chair, single bed/mattress, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers, upholstered armchair, dining table with 2 seats. The kitchen comes with cooker, fridge freezer, washer/dryer and microwave as well as kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. 

The monthly rent is £927.85 which includes utility bills; electric, water, heating. WIFI is not included. Council tax is approximately £111.45 per month which you will need to pay direct to Camden Council.

The accommodation is primarily let to NHS staff, however due to a decrease in demand we can offer an initial tenancy for 6 months subject to a review at 4 months. This means that should demand increase from hospital applicants that we would serve notice to end the tenancy, however, should demand not increase, the tenancy would be able to continue until brought to an end by either party.
