The Flat
It’s a good size studio flat, (33 ft2), with a separate kitchen and an entrance hall with a large build-in wardrobe. There is also a balcony, which is a sun-trap during the morning hours, a perfect spot for a morning coffee (a little wooden table attached to the sidewall and a couple of folding chairs you will find on the balcony.)The flat comprises of a cozy corner with a double bed, a comfortable sofa, a washing machine, and a folding dinning table with a couple of bar stools. There is a bathtub with a shower with a glass screen. 

The Building
The building has a secure entrance, a lift and a well-maintained, shared back garden. The additional benefit are the parking spaces available for the residents of the building.. The number of residents exceedes the parking spaces, though, so the first-come-first-serve rule applies. The flat is on the 2nd floor, facing the front of the building. Bike shed also available, availability permits. 

The Location
First the stations: East Putney Station with the District Line is 5min down the road and the main Putney Station further 5-7 towards the High Street. Putney is well known for its beautiful riverside, in a straight line, avoiding the High Street, it’s 10min away. While the High Street has all the necessary shops, numerous restaurants and cafes, it is the beautiful and quiet residential roads that are of the most value of this neighbourhood. If are a keen cyclist, Richmond Park is within a 15min bike ride. 

The flat would perfectly suit a couple or a single professional.
