The Chestnuts is split into three parts:

The main building consists of three floors of accommodation Flats 10 to 36 from the ground floor to the 2nd floor, there is lift access. With 24 studio flats and 3 One bedrooms located on each floor.

The Chestnuts has front and back gardens spaces, on the 1st floor there is a balcony patio with seating area.

The heating in the main building is heated by storage heaters. The cottages is heated by central heating.

The front of the building consists of the Scheme managers office, communal library, communal laundry and communal kitchenette for all tenants use.

There is a cosy common room with Flat screen TV and access to a computer and WIFI/internet availability throughout the building,this room is used for various activities and events.

First floor there is access to the patio, great in the warm evenings to relax with your neighbours, friends and family.

In the basement there is access to a disabled toilet,also there is laundry room and Flat 9.

The cottages consists of two floors of accommodation,8 one bedroom Flats 1-8, there is also a Guest room with two single beds for your visitors who wish to stay over from 1-14 nights according to availability,there is a charged of £10 per night, to secure your booking a deposit of £20 will need to be paid in advance.
