Studio Flat, Dalling Road, W6

I will be leaving my studio to get farther out of London, and need someone to replace me on my lease. Latest is mid March but I can be very flexible (starting immediately after you have been approved by the landlord) if you need to move earlier. The lease ends mid-September 2020 but you could then renew.

Studio flat with an amazing, sunny ground floor balcony in a quiet area, suitable for ONE PERSON ONLY. The bed is a single. It is compact but well done and modern with a nice landlord.

Council tax and water are included in the rent. I pay for electricity: £48 per quarter (3 months)

If you wanted WiFi you can get it installed and pay for that yourself monthly. I find it sufficient to hotspot off my phone as I have a ton of data on there, and don’t really need WiFi.

Right next to Ravenscourt Park station (District line) and a 5-10 min walk from Hammersmith (Piccadilly, District, Hammersmith & City) with a variety of shops.

Furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, bedside drawers and table/chairs for the balcony. Ceilings are very high, giving it a more open feeling than other studios of this size. Kitchen appliances are new and really good quality - including a full oven, which is pretty rare. Free communal washing machine right outside your door.

Good things about this flat:

-Extremely well connected for central London and beyond, very easy to commute almost anywhere

-Balcony is amazing in the summer - perfect for having meals outside and keeping plants. Adds 1/3 to your living space. March is the perfect time to start using it again.

-Nearby beautiful outdoor spaces such as Ravenscourt Park and a lovely green stretch of the Thames with pubs by Hammersmith Bridge

-Very safe and nice area close to Chiswick (10mins walking)

-Many cafes and coffee shops nearby

-High ceilings and extra large window

-Ample storage with a large cupboard for suitcases or boxes

-Modern finishings are easy to keep clean

-Free bed linen (duvet, white duvet cover, 3 fitted sheets, and mattress topper) if you would like these
