The house Its located in South London, in-between Penge East and Sydenham stations. It's a lovely and spacious house with a garden + living room, free street parking outside and a short walk to an overground station and an equally short walk the other direction to a train station. There are two flat mates who live there at the moment, they are both interesting and wonderfully people and have been friends since forever. Both flat mates are freelance professionals in creative fields. One flat mate has a very friendly cat named Lemont who is a sweet heart! We are ideally looking for women only for these rooms. 

There are two rooms available, per room the rent is £852/month with bills being around £124/month (this hasn't ever shifted more than £5/months due to a one utility contract ). The property is in the tax band E.

The contract is joint and several, so you'll be replacing myself on it for the rooms. It's in a break clause period and it rolls over to monthly mid March 2026.
