Room in a Shared House, Whitworth Road, SE18

This is a short term rent as I am looking to sell the house in early October. It’s a beautiful two bedroom Victorian house/ cottage minutes from Woolwich Arsenal, close to the hospital, in a short distance from Greenwich, City Airport and 30 mins away from Bank by DLR. I am renting both bedrooms, bills are included.

The house has been recently refurbished, it offers a cool modern/ eclectic decor and includes:

Living/ dining room: fully furnished with comfy velvet sofa and plenty of storage on the shelving units

Two bedrooms upstairs: both bedrooms offer built in wardrobes with plenty of storage, comfortable beds and other furniture;

Kitchen is modern and fully equipped, so is the bathroom. We don’t have a washing machine and you need to get a mattress.

I am looking for short term tenants young professionals or a family. We look for polite and clean tenants who know how to take care of the house. Contract till the end of October, 1 month notice; House is available from 22nd of August from monthly rent of £750 per room (will be allocated in DPS system). References from a previous rental property or proof of payments or salary payslips required. ONLY SERIOUS VIEWERS- NO AGENTS.
