The rent is £1250 per month and this includes everything with the exception of  electricity (which is on a meter system) and TV license.

The property is two minutes walk from Willesden Green tube station and there are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Very good location. (Jubilee Line) allows you to be in the West End of London in 20 minutes. 

I'm looking for a working professional with good references. I will require a copy of your passport or driving license as ID as well as a copy of a DBS. check.Would suit a single person or a couple. 

I can provide the room furnished or unfurnished and the room will be ready from the beginning of October or possibly just before. It is currently being renovated.  Viewings will start taking place from the middle of next week.

I would ideally like someone who is happy to commit to a 1 year contract with a view to renewing after the period.

Please note that a non refundable holding deposit of £ 288.00  (This is a maximum of one weeks rent) will be required if you decide that you want the accommodation. The balance of the deposit £962.00 to be paid when you move in plus one months rent in advance. 

The holding deposit of £288.00 will only be refunded if the landlord changes his mind and the rental agreement has not been signed. (If the tenant changes his/her mind the holding deposit is not refundable)
