You'll be living with my girlfriend and me. I'm a 35 year-old copywriter working near Oxford Circus and my girlfriend (31) owns an art gallery on Old Street. We have a cat (Ringo).
We're laid-back and friendly, into the usual pub/ bar stuff, festivals etc. I spend a lot of time writing, as I'm developing a screenplay.
My girlfriend (Eleni) puts on art exhibitions every month at her gallery (free wine!) which the new flatmate will be more than welcome to come to.
About you:
We're looking for a professional person, who's friendly, chilled out and pays the rent/ bills on time.
We're also looking for someone we can go out for drinks and socialise with, but who has their own thing going on and wants their own space sometimes.
We don't mind smokers, as long as you don't smoke in the flat.
