The house is located in the heart of Bethnal Green. A 2-minute walk away from Bethnal Green Underground Station and a 7-minute walk away from Cambridge Heath overground, with a host of bus services leading in all directions also close by.

The house is located opposite Museum gardens with the bedroom directly facing the gardens. Victoria Park is a short walk away. Vibrant parts of the city are also close by including Hackney, Shoreditch and Stratford with a large variety and quantity of Supermarkets, local shops and amenities in even closer proximity.

The room
The room boasts a whopping 4.5m X 5m or 215 square ft; the perfect size for a couple as there is enough space to fit two desk areas. The room comes with the bed, a large white wardrobe and a desk. There are 3 x 2.2m shelves on the wall in the corner of the room and a lovely inactive fireplace also. 

The house
The house is a pre-Victorian 3-floor house and your room is at the front of the house on the top floor with a wonderful scenic view of Museum Gardens. You will have the luxury of brand new carpets which were fitted less than a month ago around the whole house. The house has a living and dining room. The kitchen has plenty of storage space and a dishwasher. The bathroom is massive which has a shower and separate bath. The outback house is where the bikes are kept, another storage cupboard, and the washing machine and tumble dryer are. There is a small patio in the front and back with an additional toilet out the back of the house

The housemates
The house has one couple and 2 single people. All of which are working professionals working in journalism, climate, energy, and graphic design and are a great bunch of people. Couples are welcome. There would be a total of 5 people in the house, 6 if you are a couple.

The Bills and Small Print
Bills are not included in the rent and come to roughly £60 per month per person and cheaper in the summer.
Deposit is £937 and it goes into the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
The house has a private landlord meaning there are no agencies! The landlord happily always fixes and sorts our any issues when needed!
