We are looking for a professional individual to join a house share. The room has: a desk and chair, a white wooden double bed with memory foam mattress (with brand new mattress cover), a built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, tv aerial socket, blinds and curtains. The room shares a bathroom which is on the same floor, with one other tenant.

The property includes a 26 foot open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge overlooking the Square and patio doors leading to a balcony which over-looks the south facing garden. 37" TV, DVD player and fast Internet.

The fully equipped kitchen includes fridge/freezer, cooker with separate grill, 5-ring gas hob and dishwasher. Each tenant has their own kitchen storage cupboard, a shelf in the fridge and a shelf in the freezer.

The property has a washer/dryer and the bedroom has a clothes airer.

There is a driveway with one parking space available as well as a fitted metal bike shed with security lock.
