Spacious airy double room in a perfectly situated, lovely Victorian house!

We are looking for a cat-lover to complete our household!

The house is a 4-bedroom end terrace with an open, rambling feel. It has a large living room, large kitchen, bathroom & spare loo, & a small garden.
We are perfectly placed in a quiet, friendly residential area about 10 minutes walk from Clapham North tube station & Clapham High Street 10 to 15 minutes walk from Brixton High Street & tube station in the other direction - every amenity you could ask for along with fantastic transport links to every other part of London!
The room itself has stripped floorboards, a large built-in wardrobe, large chest of drawers & a dressing table with more drawer space; the window overlooks the rear garden.

You would be sharing with 3 others (currently 2 males & 1 female) - between the ages of 35 & 47 (we would prefer someone within this age range) - 1 cat & 2 dogs.
(One of the males & his dog are currently only resident 5 days a week)
We would like our new housemate to be environment conscious, animal & nature loving, laid back, friendly, independent but also happy to socialise with the rest of us.
Rent includes all bills (ie. Council Tax, Water, WiFi, TV licence) except gas & electricity which we split between us every few months.
There is residents parking (permit required) on the street.
We'd probably prefer a female to keep the balance!
