Room in a Shared House, Swinton Street, WC1X

Hello everybody:)
I’m looking for someone to rent my room.
My room is large, cosy, completely furnished and sunny with a very large window that opens onto the garden, where you can relax on warm days.
The room is at the very centre of London, a few minutes from King's Cross station, so it's easy to get to places by foot, tube or bus. As I mentioned, the room is on the garden side of the house, so it’s very quiet. It has a very large wardrobe, a large double bed, shelves, a desk, chair and a sink. Current residents are lovely and very friendly. The bathroom is shared with one other person and the kitchen with two people, as some people have a bathroom in their room. The house also has one additional bathroom and kitchen, which is used by people from another floor. There is a washer and dryer in the house. The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerators, electric stove with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc., you don't need to buy anything, not even a cup or a plate:)
I think it's a great place if you’re looking for a new home. All you have to do is to move in. Why don't you come along to view the room? The telephone is for my landlord as I am already off London.
